Rockwool Flexi Insulation Slab 50mm

Rockwool Flexi Insulation Slab - 50mm (Pack/12 - 1200mmx600mm)

Rockwool Flexible Insulation(r) Rockwool Flexi Insulation was developed as a multi-purpose dual-purpose thermal and Acoustic mineral wool insulation that has a distinctive , flexible edge across one side. The FLEXI-slab is created with a patent-pending flexible edge, which ensures that the ideal fit is maintained between the insulation and the framework.

The insulation can be put inside fresh wood. The insulation will expand into bigger areas as the wood becomes dry and shrinks. Other kinds of insulation can be removed, leading to poor insulation, as well as cold spots. Rockwool Flexible insulation slab 50mm provides excellent thermal. and acoustic properties in addition to it being classified non-combustible to ensure protection against fire.

ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) has been proven to be simple to set up and offers the highest efficiency. It can be utilized throughout the house , and can be used for pitched roof rafters as to frame external walls. Interfloors and internal walls for that divide walls and floors as well as flooring tiles suspended from timber.

Description

ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) has been described as an all-purpose thermal, acoustic and fire insulation product that features a distinct edge of elasticity on one side. The distinctive edge that is flexible guarantees that the ideal fit is maintained through the material as well as the framework , which allows for quick installation and the highest performance. FLEXI(r) can be used between frames in flooring, walls, partitions and roofs, and without the requirement for cutting or removing. It is made from natural volcanic rock that is impervious to fire and significantly reduces carbon emissions of the structure.

Applications

ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) is suitable to be used in numerous ways including fire and acoustic insulation partitions flooring, walls and walls as well as thermal insulation for walls, floors and roofs.

Performance
-Thermal
ROCKWOOL FLEXI is offered in a variety of thicknesses and widths with a thermal conductivity as high as 0.038 W/mK and 0.035 W/mK when 140mm or larger thicknesses.
-Fire classification
ROCKWOOL FLEXI(r) can be used to achieve an inverse reaction to the fire classification A1 according to EN13501-1.
Applications for thermal heating for timber frame walls
The additional advantages to thermal efficiency through the use HP (HP) breathing membranes HP (HP) breathing membranes (BM) and the layer of vapor control (VCL) over membranes that are conventional are discussed below.
The thermal resistance (R-values) calculations used to determine the condition of exterior cavities can be described in the following order:
a. The standard BM =0.18m2K/W: or
B. Tyvek Reflex BM = 0.540m2K/W
C. Protect Thermo TF200 = 0.77m2K/W
The most efficient resistivity to thermal (R-values) the kinds of comparisons that are used to the service voids are in the following manner:
a. Standard VCL =0.18m2K/W: orb. DuPont AirGuard VCL = 0.680m2K/W
C. Secure Foil VC = 0.78m2K/W

Sustainability
A green company, ROCKWOOL promotes.

Sustainable production.

The use of the insulation, and as well as the use of insulation. It also provides insulation and has committed itself in a continuous effort of improving the quality of our environment. ROCKWOOL products are all protected. ROCKWOOL products offer outstanding thermal protection, as with four other advantages.
-Fire resistance
Acoustic ease
Sustainable materials
-Durability
